Originally from Atlanta and now based in Austin, Texas, Dedrick Flynn has been crafting his stand-up comedy for over a decade. A relentless grinder with a sharp point of view, Dedrick spent recent years working as a door guy at the Sunset Strip ATX while hitting every stage he could, honing his voice and building a reputation as one of the city’s most dedicated up-and-coming comics.

Dedrick’s “overnight success” story was more than ten years in the making. On his 39th attempt to get a bucket pull on Kill Tony, he finally hit the stage on episode #743—and delivered one of the most memorable one-minute sets in recent show history. His performance impressed Tony Hinchcliffe so much that he made Dedrick a regular on the show, an extremely rare honor reserved only for comics who truly stand out.
